Established in 2016, Patonga Projects has 20+ years’ experience in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) consultancy and delivery. We are 100% Indigenous-owned.

Our expertise spans across all elements of managed services, including cybersecurity, cloud and analytics. Excelling in managed services transformation and support, together with our delivery partners, we apply innovative technology to deliver collaborative, scalable, and agile outcomes across key tech-domains.

Brett Chamberlain

Founder, Director, and Program Manager

Brett is from a large NSW Indigenous family from the Wiradjuri nation (Fernandos).

Brett is the founder of Patonga Projects and has 20+ years’ experience in ICT. He specialises in strategic advice,  digital transformation, and project management. He has a history of success across federal and state government, NFPs, and corporate marketplaces.

His successes include the delivery of the highly publicised enterprise resource planning (ERP) and identity management projects to the TfNSW cluster. He also wrote the ICT strategy and the technology roadmap program for the NSW Aboriginal Land Council (NSWALC) to enable their growth from a land claims focus, to an agile, collaborative, digitalised entity, that has now diversified into land development, property management, employment, training, and the Yarpa Indigenous business hub.

Brett has also delivered major cybersecurity transformations to Vodafone to protect the network from malicious intrusions.

Joe Procter

Director

BBus (Acc), GDip (AIC), Dip & OM (AICD), MBA (Finance and Strategic Mgt)

Joe is from a large Darwin Indigenous family (Adams) in the Northern Territory and Queensland Cape York (Wuthithi). His experience includes previous advisory mandates with Prime Minister & Cabinet through IndiIT.

Joe has previously held executive positions at Carnegie Wylie investment bank and Woodside Petroleum.

His entrepreneurial passion has seen Joe build several companies. His work and passion incorporate a long history in Indigenous economic development.
